1)Descriptions of Helical Gear
Helical gears are cylindrical gears whose tooth lines are inclined at a certain angle (helix angle) to the axis.
Compared with straight gears, the teeth of helical gears are arranged in a spiral pattern on the surface of the cylinder.
2)Advantages of Helical Gear
a) High degree of overlap: During meshing, the contact line of the gear teeth of helical gears changes from short to long
and then back to short, resulting in an increase in the number of gear pairs participating in meshing simultaneously.
