Transmission gear shafts are mechanical parts made of specific metallic or non-metallic materials,
processed and heat-treated with good mechanical properties, and used to transmit power and motion.
2) Features of Transmission Gear Shaft
a) High strength: commonly used 45 steel, 20CrMnTi and other alloy steel materials, after tempering, carburising quenching
and other heat treatment, the surface hardness is high, the core toughness is good, and can withstand large loads.
b) Good abrasion resistance: through the appropriate materials and heat treatment process, improve the surface abrasion resistance of
the gear shaft, prolong the service life.
c) Corrosion resistance: In special environment, corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel can be used to ensure the normal work of gear shaft.
3) Working Principle of Transmission Gear Shaft
Based on the mechanical properties of the material, the material is subjected to loads such as torque and bending stresses
during the power transmission process, and transmits and transforms the forces through internal inter-atomic interactions
and changes in the crystalline lattice structure, while resisting deformation and wear.
4) Application of Transmission Gear Shaft
