1) Description of Gearbox Speed Reducers

A speed reducer is a gear train between the motor and the machinery that is used to slow down the

transmission of power. Speed reducers, also known as gear reducers, are mechanical devices that

serve two roles. The primary function of a gear reducer is to duplicate the amount of torque produced

by an information power source in order to increase the amount of work that can be done.
